Extra Info

Like other brassicas, mustard greens are quite valuable nutritionally. They have a number of essential vitamins and minerals which are a great supplement to the diet, especially in the winter months, when other sources of greens and roughage can be hard to find.

This Asian treat has a unique, spicy flavor. Young leaves are excellent mixed in salads, used straight as its own salad, wrapped in prosciutto, steamed and tossed with sesame oil and soy sauce, or stir-fried with ginger, bok choy, snow peas, or chicken.
