For questions about an order or for information about our products.

Please Note:

We are based in Lynnwood Ridge, Pretoria East but we do not publish our physical address or contact telephone details on this website for the following reasons:

1 - We are an internet based, home-office run, family business. We do not have a physical shop for "walk-in" sales and we do not wish for people to arrive at our doorstep unannounced only to find that we are not immediately available.

2 - Since we spend so much of our time working in our various gardens, we are often away from a landline phone (and it's really no fun getting down and dirty in a garden with a cellphone sticking out of your pocket). We therefore prefer to communicate via email.

That said, you are more than welcome to make an appointment to "pop in" for any time on almost any day (if we know you are coming we can make sure we are close enough to hear the doorbell) and when you do make an appointment we will send you our address, a map and directions via email.
